Subscriptions, including annual and monthly plans (e.g., $299/year website services), automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
6.2 Payment
You authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis.
6.3 Refunds
BlueAIHub offers a 7-day satisfaction refund on new subscriptions unless:
  • Excessive usage indicates abuse, or
  • Custom services have already been performed
Refunds are issued at our discretion.

7. User Content & Data Rights
7.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of:
  • Uploaded content
  • Data, images, files
  • Website information
  • Text, prompts, or AI inputs
7.2 License Granted to Us
By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to:
  • Process, store, and analyze your data
  • Use your data to deliver AI results
  • Improve algorithms and system performance (always anonymized when applicable)
We do not claim ownership of your data.

8. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our software

9. AI Content Disclaimer
BlueAIHub AI tools generate content that may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or require human review.
You agree that:
  • You are responsible for verifying critical content
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output
  • Generated content should not replace professional advice
  • No warranties are expressed or implied regarding AI accuracy

10. Service Modification & Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will attempt to provide notice where reasonable.
We are not liable for downtime, interruptions, loss of data, or delayed services.

11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may cancel anytime through your Account dashboard or by contacting support.
11.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your Account if:
  • You violate these Terms
  • We believe your actions may cause harm
  • Requested by regulatory authorities
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
  • Access to the Service stops
  • Your license to use our software ends
  • We may delete your data after 30–90 days
  • No refunds are given for unused time unless required by law

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  1. BlueAIHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
  2. Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months.
  3. AI results are provided “as is” with no guarantees.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations, so some aspects may not apply.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BlueAIHub harmless from claims arising from:
  • Your Content
  • Your misuse of the Service
  • Violations of these Terms
  • Intellectual property disputes involving your content

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
United States — State of Minnesota

15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any subscription agreements, form the entire agreement between you and BlueAIHub.
